Client name (placeholder) · Hospitality · 2026Launching a new hospitality venue in Doha (illustrative example)
This is an illustrative placeholder. Real client work replaces it soon.

The dare
Open without the usual launch noise. No countdown clocks, no influencer wall, no stock luxury. Let the place speak first.
The challenge
A new venue enters a market where openings tend to look alike: gold, marble, a countdown and a crowded first night. The owner wants guests who come back, not one busy weekend. The brand has to work in Arabic and English from day one, across signage, menus, web, social and a short film, and it has to be ready before the doors open.
The idea
Treat the opening as an invitation, not an announcement. The identity is built around restraint: a quiet Arabic and Latin wordmark designed as a pair, a stone and sand palette, and one blue moment saved for the opening night. The campaign shows the people who make the place work, photographed at work, before it shows the rooms.
What we made
- Discovery workshop with the owner and operations team to name the risk: being mistaken for every other opening.
- Three identity routes prototyped with AI-assisted mockups on real signage, menus and screens, so the decision is made on evidence, not on a mood board.
- Bilingual wordmark and type system, with Arabic copy written originally by native writers, not translated from English.
- A short brand film shot on location with the real team, graded in the cool, cinematic direction of the brand world.
- Bilingual website and booking flow, built mobile first, with clean RTL layouts in Arabic.
- A paced social plan for the weeks before opening: process, people and details, ending with a single invitation post.
What changed
Illustrative outcome: the venue opens with one coherent voice across every touchpoint, in both languages, and the owner walks into opening week with a brand the team can run without us in the room. This is an example of how such a project unfolds, not a report of real results.
